Four Whiskey Cocktails with Mixologist Dave Wondrich

The Whiskey Sour
As Presented by Mixologist Dave Wondrich at the International Chefs Congress – New York, NY

Yield: 1 Delicious Beverage

Ingredients:

  • One wine glass (2 ounces) whiskey
  • ½ ounce water
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • ½ lemon

Method:
Combine whiskey, water, and sugar into a small bar glass or tumbler that is a quarter full of ice. Squeeze the lemon into the glass, then rub it on the rim and stir with a spoon.

*Wondrich used Woodford Reserve Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey while making this cocktail at the International Chefs Congress
